# How to manage Tags?

Adding tags can help you organize and categorize your emails in Inbox for better
accessibility and efficiency. This article will guide you through how to add and
manage tags.


HOW TO ADD A TAG

When creating a new tag, make sure it clearly reflects the theme or category it
represents. You can apply tags to your customer service tickets by simply typing
a keyword into the text box under Tags.




FIND AND EDIT THE TAGS

To find your existing Tags, go to your dashboard
[https://dashboard.help.center/] and click on the gear shaped icon at the bottom
left of your screen. Click on Tags & Spam under Settings > Inbox.

Here, you will be able to edit or remove your existing tags,or add new tags.
Don't forget to click on Save changes after you're done managing the tags.
