# How to mark a ticket as spam?

Sometimes, you might receive unwanted or irrelevant tickets that clutter your
inbox. Marking a ticket as spam helps you keep your ticket list clean and
organized.

In Help.center we can mark the sender email of a spammy email as spam.


CLICK ON MARK AS SPAM

Open the ticket you want to mark as spam. Click on the three dots next to the
ticket's title. Select the Mark as spam option from the dropdown menu. This
action will close the ticket and help in filtering similar future tickets
automatically.




MANAGE THE SPAM LIST

To find your Spam list, open Settings and click on Tags & Spam under Inbox.
Under Spam list, you will see all the email addresses you've marked as spam.
Here, you can add new email addresses to the list, or you can delete or edit the
existing emails.
