# How to change a ticket status?

There are three ticket statuses: Open, In progress and Closed.

Open

New tickets will show up as open in your inbox.

In progress

Once you reply to a ticket, mark it as in progress.

Closed

Once you're done with a ticket, you can mark it as closed.
