# Where to see Contact Us inquiries?

Every help center includes a Contact Us section. Here customers can fill in
their details, attach a detailed message and attach additional documents as
well.



Questions submitted via the contact form are directed to the Inbox inside
Help.center dashboard.







Note



Inbox is a paid feature. You will not be able to see these messages unless you
are subscribed to the Business plan [https://help.center/pricing].



If you would do not want to use the Inbox provided by Help.center, then you may
do the following steps:

 1. Disable Email Support: Go to Settings, click on AI Self Service and then
    turn off the toggle switch for Email support. This will turn off all ways
    for the customer to contact you on the knowledgebase via email.
    
    

 2. Point Contact us to an External Form: Go to Settings click on Knowledge
    Base. Under the Design tab, change the contact us button and the URL it
    directs to any external link you want to.
