# How to search tickets in Help.center?

NAVIGATE TO THE INBOX

First, go to your Inbox where all your tickets are listed. This is typically
accessible from the main dashboard. Click on Search.






ACCESS THE SEARCH FUNCTION

From the search box, type any keyword. It will search your email ticket subject
and body and also the replies given by the agent. You also have the option to
sort tickets by Relevance or Newest etc.
