# Freshdesk Integration

At Help.center, tickets received through AI Search
[https://support.help.center/article/1004-how-does-ai-search-work], the widget
[https://support.help.center/article/1005-how-to-use-ai-chat-widget], or email
can also be forwarded to Freshdesk. This guide will walk you through the
Freshdesk integration process.


GO TO SETTINGS

To open Settings, go to your Help.center dashboard and click on the gear shaped
icon at the bottom left of your page. Click on Integrations under Inbox.




ADD FRESHDESK EMAIL

Enter your support email provided by Freshdesk, into the text box. Don't forget
to save your changes.



Note



The suitable email address format should look like
support@yourcompany.freshdesk.com.
