# How to manage customer data in Help.center?

Hover over the customer's name to find the edit option. Click on it to delete
the existing name and enter a new one.



We automatically group all conversations by the same customer email address. You
can find these grouped conversations in the right-hand menu.





If you would like to perform a search, copy your customer's name or email and
search inside your inbox
[https://support.help.center/article/1060-how-to-search-tickets-in-help-center].
This will give you all the tickets related to your customer.
