# Where can I see analytics for Widget?

In your analytics dashboard, under the Widget section, you can view analytics
for your widget.





Total conversations

The number of conversations that has happened in the Ask section

Questions answered

The number of questions that has been answered.

Feedback received

Number of times an answer was found helpful and unhelpful. If a user clicks on
That helped button, that counts as helpful. If they click on Get email support,
that counts as unhelpful.



Here is an example of a chatbot conversation, where AI asks the customer two
questions after it has given its answer.

"That helped" - is treated as helpful and increases the positive feedback count.

"Get email support" - is treated as unhelpful and increases the negative
feedback count.
