# How to create a new Help Center?

Go to your dashboard [https://dashboard.help.center/] and click on the icon on
the top left side of the page. Select Create new to start designing your new
Help Center.



Choose a name and domain for your help center, and then click on Create
Help.center. There will be an option to change the domain URL to a custom domain
[/article/1066-how-to-create-a-custom-domain] later in the settings.



Your help center is created and ready to go! Click on Visit dashboard to start
designing.

Follow the instructions on our setup guide, which will help you start
configuring your help center step by step.

Note:

You can choose to create new articles for your help center, or you can import
from your existing knowledge base.
