If you want to add a video to your help article from YouTube, please click on the Youtube icon and then copy-paste the link of the video.
Click on save and you will see the video embedded inside your article.
If you want to add a video from another source, such as Vimeo or Loom, then click on the globe icon next to Youtube icon and follow the same steps.
