There are three ticket statuses: Open, In progress and Closed.
Open | New tickets will show up as open in your inbox. |
In progress | Once you reply to a ticket, mark it as in progress. |
Closed | Once you're done with a ticket, you can mark it as closed. |
Tip
You can use shortcuts to navigate tickets easily as well as make your reply process much easier.
