Yes. During setup you select the Slack channel where notifications should be posted. You can change this at any time from Settings in the Help.center dashboard. Many teams create a dedicated #support-tickets channel.
Not yet. Currently the integration is notification-only. Each notification includes a direct link to the conversation in the Help.center dashboard where you can reply. Replying from Slack is on our roadmap.
Yes. The Slack integration is included on all Help.center plans at no extra cost, including the free tier. There are no per-notification fees or usage limits.
Only the information needed for notifications is sent to Slack: the ticket subject, the customer's name, a short preview of the message, and a link back to the dashboard. No passwords, payment details, or full conversation histories are shared.
