How It Works in Slack

Help.center sends targeted notifications to your Slack workspace based on support activity. Here is exactly what triggers messages in Slack:

1

New ticket created

When a customer submits a new support ticket through your help center, a notification is sent to your configured Slack channel. The notification includes the customer name, ticket subject, and a direct link to the ticket in your Help.center inbox.

2

Customer replies to an assigned ticket

When a customer responds to a ticket that has been assigned to an agent, the linked Slack user receives a direct notification. This ensures the responsible agent is immediately aware and can respond without delay.

3

Discussion activity

Internal discussions on tickets trigger notifications to relevant team members in Slack, keeping everyone in the loop and enabling faster collaboration on customer issues.
